About the Role
In this role you will develop and maintain detailed CPM baseline schedules, perform resource and cost loading, create cash‑flow charts, and update schedules with actual field data. You will interface with multiple departments, support forecasts, draft network diagrams, and may supervise or train junior staff while managing change orders and claims. • Develop detailed CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6 based on estimates and contract documents. • Load resources and costs into baseline schedules and create cash‑flow charts as needed. • Update and maintain project schedules regularly, incorporating actual dates, quantities, and progress data. • Collect and input actual costs and resources consistent with project invoicing. • Prepare and maintain forecasts and schedules to support management decision‑making. • Draft construction network diagrams for specific project areas. • Provide scheduling and cost data for sub‑contract change requests, bid comparisons, and new work estimates. • Supervise and train clerical and entry‑level professional staff assigned to scheduling responsibilities. • Develop preliminary and detailed schedules for estimates and bids. • Manage change orders and claims, analyzing delays and impacts to create recovery schedules. • Collaborate with project teams to resolve schedule and work‑related issues.

What You Bring
The Sr. Scheduler role offers the chance to work on a premier infrastructure project, focusing on heavy civil and light rail construction. The position requires strong proficiency with Oracle/Primavera P6 and a logical approach to construction scheduling. Candidates must hold a four‑year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and have 8‑12+ years of construction scheduling experience, including self‑performing heavy‑infrastructure work. Mastery of Primavera P6, ability to read drawings, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license are required, along with U.S. work authorization. • Hold a 4‑year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Possess 8‑12+ years of construction scheduling experience on heavy infrastructure projects. • Demonstrate mastery of Primavera P6 scheduling software. • Experience with change order and claims management. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience leading project controls for large capital construction programs. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
