What You Bring
We are seeking a Pump and Power Road Technician 2 to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical equipment problems, perform advanced repairs, and scope customer needs to provide solutions. The role may also involve leading and training other team members in the absence of a Shop Foreman or Service Manager. Candidates need 5–7 years of experience repairing and maintaining pump and power equipment, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and a DOT physical examination. EPA Section 608 universal certification is required, and advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, diesel, generator, HVAC, and air‑compressor systems is expected. Preferred skills include mastery of load‑bank repairs, refrigeration (EPA certified), VFD/VSD operation, and experience with dehumidification equipment from CDI and Munters. Some factory training on diesel, generator, compressor, or HVAC equipment is advantageous. The position requires physical tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors.
