About the Role
In this position you will be responsible for maintaining sales orders, quotations and customer information within the ERP/CRM system, preparing sales documentation, tracking order status, and communicating updates to both the internal sales team and customers. You will also help generate sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics, while keeping electronic files organized and adhering to company policies and internal controls. • Enter and maintain sales orders, quotations, and customer data in the ERP/CRM system • Prepare and update sales documentation such as quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules • Track order status and communicate updates to the sales team and customers • Assist with sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking • Support the sales team by preparing reports and maintaining organized electronic files • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls; perform other administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in sales coordination, administration or data entry, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP/CRM platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, cross‑functional mindset are also required. • Minimum three years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or data entry • Manufacturing environment experience preferred • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and experienced with ERP/CRM systems • Strong data‑entry accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and work cross‑functionally
