About the Role

The Brokerage Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and supports fee‑earners and their teams, handling client‑service activities such as pitches, proposals, transaction support, marketing coordination and administrative tasks. The role involves managing content creation timelines, coordinating production of marketing materials (flyers, proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, website content) using Adobe InDesign, and working with cross‑functional teams to align materials with brand and campaign goals. The specialist updates the team’s database, prepares client‑facing content like brochures and floor plans for exclusive listings, oversees printing and binding, and contributes to market thought leadership by translating internal sales insights into client‑oriented materials. Additional duties include providing property‑level analytics, creating presentations and broker opinions of value, supporting local brokers’ marketing efforts, drafting lease/sale documents, maintaining Salesforce updates, and ensuring timely deliverables through streamlined editing processes. • Support content creation and manage production timelines. • Coordinate and produce marketing materials using Adobe InDesign. • Update and maintain team databases, client‑facing content, and Salesforce records. • Prepare property analytics, broker opinions of value, and client presentations. • Assist local brokers with marketing efforts and develop pitch and proposal materials. • Draft, review, and analyze lease/sale documents. • Ensure timely delivery by streamlining edits and consolidating files.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least three years of commercial real‑estate experience focused on marketing or administration, an active Colorado real‑estate license (or willingness to obtain one), strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of CRE marketing/administration experience. • Maintain an active Colorado real‑estate license or commit to obtaining one. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. • Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
