About the Role

Plan, lay out and perform all types of carpentry work in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts as appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. • Eliminate waste (waiting, rework, transport, storage, time). • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinate work for accuracy, compliance, and correct deficiencies. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; use trade tools effectively. • Reach, stoop, kneel, bend, climb, and balance on structures as needed. • Use hands to grasp, lift, carry, and handle objects frequently. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Follow all safety standards and procedures; operate safely in confined or uneven spaces. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) with company contributions.

What You Bring
