About the Role
The Branch Manager will oversee the Southern Region Branch’s daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met and that Terex MPS strategic and operational guidelines are followed. This role includes managing the sales, aftermarket and administrative teams, handling P&L and forecasting, and collaborating with finance and senior management on budgets and forecasts. • Lead sales, aftermarket, and administrative teams. • Oversee branch P&L and sales forecasting. • Prepare annual operational budget with Finance. • Coordinate forecasts and budgets with senior management. • Mentor and coach staff to achieve revenue targets and implement regional sales plans.

What You Bring
• Tertiary degree in engineering, business management or commerce (preferred). • Minimum 5 years management experience in crushing/heavy industry. • Background in industrial maintenance and repair. • Strong ability to build customer relationships. • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
