About the Role
• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring client expectations and safety standards are met • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to support project success and future opportunities • Manage procurement activities, including contract drafting, tendering, bid analysis and award • Oversee contract administration, handling compliance, payments and change management for consultants and contractors • Identify and mitigate project risks early to minimise disruption • Coordinate design and construction teams to maintain high quality throughout the project lifecycle • Provide safety leadership to protect workers, employees and the public • Foster a positive team culture and mentor graduate project managers • Apply expertise in AS‑suite contracts and their administration • Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure efficient project close‑out and documentation

What You Bring
• Bring 2–5 years of experience delivering projects in live operational environments, preferably as a Tier 2 contractor • Demonstrate technical knowledge of building systems such as MEP, fire services and electrical systems • Utilise MS Project and Aconex for planning and information management (preferred) • Possess aviation sector exposure (desirable)
