About the Role
This position is based in Raleigh, NC, with a planned relocation to Youngsville, NC in the summer of 2026. The role involves operating hand‑held RF units to locate, move, and allocate material, preparing items for shipment by assembling containers, posting weights, and attaching the proper paperwork, and coordinating emergency shipments outside regular work hours. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, covering order selection, packing, and receiving processes, and must hold a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future, reside within a 50‑mile radius of the work location (active‑duty military members are exempt), and possess a basic understanding of Microsoft applications. Position criteria include good judgment with a safety focus, willingness to work daily or weekend overtime and to flex to different areas or plants, ability to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods, and a willingness to become certified in forklift operation. • Minimum two years of logistics or warehouse experience, including order selection, packing, and receiving. • High School diploma or GED required. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship; candidates within 50 mi radius (military exemption applies). • Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications. • Ability to lift 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending, squatting, and lifting. • Willingness to obtain forklift certification and work overtime or flex to other plants as needed.
