Data Center Estimating Manager

About the Role

• Oversee cost estimating department and deliver accurate project estimates. • Supervise a team of estimators to meet schedule and quality targets. • Lead multi‑disciplinary cost management across concurrent data center projects. • Liaise with clients to prepare, negotiate, and deliver proposals. • Manage quality assurance programs for estimating activities.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree and have at least eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work history. Preferred qualifications include five years of data center construction experience, experience leading multi‑disciplinary cost management teams on several concurrent projects, direct client interaction for proposal preparation and negotiation, and expertise in managing quality assurance programs within an estimating team. • Hold BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience. • Possess 5+ years of data center construction experience (preferred).
