About the Role
In this senior, hands‑on leadership role you will own and execute the recruiting strategy for sales, canvassing, call‑center and installation hiring, aligning to growth plans, labor forecasts and seasonal demand. You will partner with operations, sales and installation leaders to forecast needs, build proactive workforce plans and ensure consistency with enterprise TA standards. • Own and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned to growth, labor forecasts and seasonal demand. • Partner with operations, sales and installation leaders to forecast hiring needs and create proactive workforce plans. • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters, driving hiring velocity, quality and candidate experience. • Champion inclusive, efficient and candidate‑centric recruiting practices. • Build pipelines for high‑volume field roles using job boards, referrals, trade schools and local partnerships. • Launch sourcing campaigns with TA Operations and Marketing, measuring channel ROI. • Track and improve recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and candidate experience. • Leverage ASHBY ATS and analytics tools for accurate reporting and data‑driven insights. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks, opportunities and process improvements. • Present performance insights to TA leadership, HR business partners and divisional executives.

What You Bring
• 7+ years recruiting experience, with 4+ years leading high‑volume or field recruiting teams. • Proven success scaling recruiting in fast‑growth, field‑based or decentralized environments. • Strong partnership skills with operations‑driven leaders. • Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder‑management abilities. • Ability to travel up to 25 % across assigned markets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
