About the Role

KBR supports the LOGCAP NORTHCOM mission by providing rapid‑response logistics for scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. The LOGCAP team has successfully delivered services at two locations for the past year. The Sr. Specialist, Logistics Support develops logistical plans, policies, and procedures across supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. This role coordinates logistics functions, troubleshoots issues, and ensures customer objectives, priorities, and schedules are met. Key duties include reviewing support operations to spot trends, aligning Supply, Maintenance, and Support Operations divisions, analyzing man‑hour utilization for improvement, and managing sensitive incident reporting. The incumbent must produce professional internal and external communications and collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and Shared Services as needed. • Develop and implement logistics plans, policies, and procedures for supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. • Coordinate transportation, maintenance, and warehousing functions to deliver efficient, timely, cost‑effective support. • Troubleshoot logistics problems and recommend solutions to management. • Align Supply, Maintenance, and Support Operations divisions by analyzing trends and performance metrics. • Evaluate project‑level man‑hour utilization and identify improvement opportunities. • Manage incident reporting and produce professional internal and external communications. • Utilize Microsoft Office and GCSS‑Army while maintaining confidentiality under stressful, short‑deadline conditions.

What You Bring

Applicants need an undergraduate degree (or equivalent 3‑5 years experience), a current USG Secret clearance, and strong interpersonal and Microsoft Office skills. Required knowledge includes LOGCAP concepts, PWS, TDP, TMR/TMO processes, GCSS‑Army, and a valid State Real ID and driver’s license. Preferred qualifications are two years of operations experience and Level 6 RFID certification. • Maintain a USG Secret clearance (or obtain), a valid State Real ID and driver’s license, and fluency in English. • Preferred: two years of operations experience and Level 6 RFID certification.
