About the Role
• Manage node‑level project teams through risk management processes and maintain risk registers. • Develop and maintain a risk management plan within client, mPA JV, and Mace governance frameworks. • Coordinate and communicate with project‑management leadership across node‑level and support teams. • Identify and evaluate risks related to compliance requirements, program processes, and governance. • Identify and assess risks concerning scope, schedule, costs, resources, and quality. • Assess risk throughout project phases – design, construction/commissioning, and verification. • Analyze risk impacts on project status and forecasts. • Recommend treatments to manage risks and achieve project objectives. • Communicate risk assessments and response measures to the PM director. • Provide assessments and recommendations for phase completion and transition.

What You Bring

Our approach blends technical excellence with strategic insight to drive client success. • Hold a degree or equivalent in engineering, finance, or a related discipline. • Possess expert knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk‑management methods. • Understand the EPC cycle, construction sequencing, means, and methods. • Exhibit strong leadership skills. • Have tunneling experience. • Experience with Federal Transit Agency projects. • Familiarity with transit agencies such as PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, and Amtrak. • Experience delivering programs or portfolios valued over $1 bn is a significant advantage.
