Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating the team, attending weekly management meetings, providing reporting and ROI metrics, and serving as the public face of Mad City.

What You Bring
• Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have weekend availability • Face‑to‑face marketing or lead‑setting experience (canvassing or promoting) a plus • Prior leadership experience • Experience building/recruiting a high‑performing team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Must be able to stand and walk for 6–8+ hours per day • Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotion activities
