About the Role

Guide the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, exceed customer expectations, and improve on‑time delivery, labor utilization, and productivity. Empower employees with decision‑making authority and involve them in change initiatives, while promoting lean manufacturing, continuous learning, and innovation through the Continuous Improvement Framework Management System. Reduce past‑due orders, scrap, rework, and overtime costs while maintaining quality objectives and standard work formats. Train, evaluate, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance goals, including operator certifications and cross‑training, and support employees in meeting value‑stream, departmental, and plant targets. Uphold employee relations and ensure compliance with the Union‑Management Labor Contract, applying disciplinary measures judiciously. Conduct weekly team meetings, daily Tier Meetings, and shift handovers to share vision, priorities, and critical information. Maintain accurate attendance and pay records for assigned personnel, including overtime equalization per CBA language. What You Bring

Qualifications include an associate’s degree or higher, three years of manufacturing experience, two years of team‑lead or managerial experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with CNC programming and electronics assembly, labor‑relations experience under a collective bargaining agreement, ability to read manufacturing drawings, and familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies and project‑management skills. Strong interpersonal communication is required to handle recruitment, training, motivation, discipline, and shifting priorities, and to act as the Company Agent delivering senior leadership messages. • Hold an associate’s degree or higher; 3 years manufacturing experience, 2 years leadership experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with CNC programming, electronics assembly, and reading technical drawings • Skilled in labor‑relations, process‑improvement methodologies, and project management • Excellent interpersonal communication for recruitment, training, motivation, and discipline
