About the Role

You will manage delivery of complex capital projects for Peel Ports, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and contract management excellence within a dynamic 24/7 environment. The focus is on delivering scope, budget, safety, and compliance while maintaining high standards. • Manage end‑to‑end project delivery and governance. • Manage schedules, risks, and NEC contract compliance. • Drive cost control and accurate financial forecasting. • Build strong stakeholder and contractor relationships. • Ensure quality assurance and standards compliance. • Champion health, safety, and sustainability initiatives. • Oversee project documentation and reporting. • Promote continuous improvement and professional excellence. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, inclusive environment and wellbeing. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement culture and inspire development.

What You Bring
