About the Role
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce renter‑ and owner‑focused content. • Create and manage content projects from concept through production, including blogs, help‑center articles, and landing pages. • Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all content experiences. • Present work to stakeholders, gather feedback, iterate, and publish updates. • Conduct research and first‑party interviews to develop authoritative content. • Provide virtual and in‑person mental health counseling for individuals and families.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism, creative writing, English, marketing, or a related field. • Possess at least 2 years of professional writing experience and adhere to AP and Chicago style guidelines. • Demonstrate strong editing, proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills. • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; excellent verbal and written communication.
