Successful candidates will hold a relevant professional membership or equivalent development, have extensive experience planning complex projects, possess strong property or infrastructure management skills with commercial and financial acumen, and demonstrate leadership of large teams and senior stakeholder management. • Hold professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar) or equivalent development. • Have extensive experience planning complex projects and programmes. • Demonstrate strong property or infrastructure project management with commercial and financial acumen.
