About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, including daily attendance, work‑order coordination, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor management, safety compliance, and resident service, working closely with the Community Manager. • Attend site daily; coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders. • Inspect grounds and buildings to identify and correct hazards. • Order and manage maintenance supplies within budget; maintain organized, OSHA‑compliant shop. • Implement and track preventative maintenance program to extend property life. • Keep accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide daily guidance. • Ensure staff follow Asset training benchmarks through coaching and counseling. • Deliver excellent customer service; monitor request turnaround and maintain consistent resident interactions. • Enforce community policies and project a positive image for public recognition.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired. • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 100+ lb, using power tools, and working overtime/on‑call emergencies. • Reliable transportation for on‑call emergency response.
