About the Role
• Implement Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes for methods and maintenance, providing deployment support and fostering continuous improvement. • Develop and standardize process limits covering ergonomics, capacity, investment, cost analysis, and performance; set yearly ambitions with Plant GM and monitor improvement plans. • Deploy operational techniques to track setup efficiency, productivity, plant efficiency (KE), and capacity analysis (CAMA). • Execute the methods/maintenance transformation action plan, concentrating on critical improvements and maintaining momentum. • Support the methods/maintenance manager in applying necessary changes. • Implement Line Architecture Design Management (LADM) across the plant. • Determine manufacturing cycle time for products using appropriate methods. • Define and deploy end-to-end standard processes for all plant functions. • Manage projects and apply lean continuous-improvement methodologies. • Influence and convince stakeholders; demonstrate resilience and curiosity. • Drive change and deliver results, maintaining strong network management. • Act as a team player and builder.
