About the Role
A Driver with a Class B CDL is responsible for safely operating a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle meets the company's safety standards, adhere to all applicable regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key duties include thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and maps, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver interacts courteously with customers and dispatchers, monitors waste for compliance, cleans accidental spills, and maintains the truck in operational condition, while completing required productivity and reporting forms.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a Class B or higher commercial driver's license with an air‑brake endorsement, strong customer service skills, effective time management, and a commitment to follow company policies and safety standards.
