About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator role supports business development, brand promotion, and internal communications to advance HDR’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with pursuit teams, client relationship managers, and various internal groups to create compelling content and manage key marketing initiatives. • Develop persuasive proposal and interview materials for pursuit teams • Track solicitation status on client and industry websites • File proposal and presentation materials after submission • Manage client relationship and financial systems for reporting metrics • Keep project and resume data accurate in business development systems • Arrange professional photography for projects • Assist in creating and prioritizing growth initiatives within strategic plans • Implement key growth initiatives defined in strategic plans • Develop client plans and long‑term market‑share strategies • Gather formal client feedback • Administer go/no‑go decisions per HDR’s Matrix of Authority • Execute content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand and visibility • Produce digital content that showcases HDR’s thought leadership • Launch and manage social media campaigns • Promote HDR’s brand and talent through industry association strategies • Create marketing collateral for business development • Support fulfillment of conference sponsorship benefits • Create internal communications (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars) • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruiting

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a willingness and ability to travel and engage with stakeholders in person. Required qualifications are excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and competence with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign.
