About the Role
Inspectors conduct routine inspections, testing, service and preventative maintenance on fire‑alarm, electrical, sprinkler and suppression life‑safety systems. They document work, complete service acknowledgements, archive records via mobile devices, and perform minor repairs and programming adjustments while adhering to a structured schedule. • Perform routine inspections, testing, service and preventative maintenance on fire alarm, electrical, sprinkler and suppression life‑safety systems. • Document work, complete service acknowledgements, archive inspection records via mobile device, and make minor repairs or programming changes. • Carry/move equipment up to 70 lb, work at heights using ladders, scaffolding or lifts, and be available for alternative shifts or weekends.

What You Bring
Candidates must have experience installing or servicing fire‑alarm equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Strong communication, organizational skills, the ability to perform physical labor, and a self‑starter attitude are essential, as is the goal to obtain NICET I certification within one year. • Required experience installing/testing fire alarm equipment, high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills. • Obtain NICET I certification within one year and possess basic computer (Microsoft Office) and smartphone skills.
