About the Role
The Product Recruiter position is based in Richmond, VA, working in‑office Monday‑through‑Friday. The recruiter will identify and attract top talent for product teams, handling sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and industry platforms. • Screen resumes to identify qualified product management, UX/UI design, and software development candidates. • Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess fit and proficiency. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings. • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college. • Minimum 3 + years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, focusing on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles. • Proven success shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS, real‑estate, or similar products. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with recruitment tools and databases. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and networking abilities.
