About the Role

In this position you will provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and lead engineering workstreams that shape strategy, solve technical challenges and influence outcomes. You will drive transmission planning and development activities, collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions, and work closely with Major Project Delivery Leads and external partners to align technical, commercial and program objectives. • Provide senior technical and delivery leadership for complex transmission projects. • Lead transmission engineering workstreams and shape project strategy. • Drive planning and development of large‑scale grid infrastructure nationwide. • Collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Align technical, commercial and program objectives with Major Project Delivery Leads and external partners. • Manage major client work packages with strong commercial acumen. • Integrate diverse technical disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes. • Mentor engineers and develop multidisciplinary team capability within a consultancy environment. • Support for professional accreditation, internal training, mentoring and graduate programmes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a proven engineering background and is recognised as a technical leader in delivering major transmission projects in Australia. You must be capable of operating as a senior delivery lead across complex programs, possess strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the Australian transmission market, and be able to integrate diverse technical disciplines to achieve shared goals. Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and developing multidisciplinary team capability within a consultancy environment is also required. • Demonstrate proven engineering background and technical leadership in Australian transmission projects. • Inclusive culture recognised for gender equality and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
