About the Role
The role will manage and grow a team that provides structured project management support to Sustainability Advisory teams across ESG, carbon, health and safety, permitting, and circular economy. You will collaborate with Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient delivery of sustainability services for major infrastructure, development, and environmental enhancement projects. • Lead and develop the Project Management support team for the Sustainability Advisory group across ESG, carbon, health & safety, permitting, and circular economy. • Oversee delivery of complex sustainability projects for major infrastructure, development, and environmental enhancement initiatives. • Collaborate with Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery. • Provide structured project management guidance, mentorship, and growth opportunities for team members. • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing standards throughout project execution. • Leverage WSP’s global expertise and hybrid working model to drive innovative, sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and international team leadership experience and is ready to take on greater responsibility in delivering complex projects within a global consultancy.
