About the Role
Operating at a journeyman level, you will perform a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration, covering maintenance, repair, and operation. The role involves servicing a portfolio of buildings for a single client in a truck‑route environment, planning and laying out required materials, and working from drawings, schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions. • Perform mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration service work, including preventive maintenance and repairs, on a truck‑route portfolio. • Interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions to complete service tasks. • Select, load, and lay out required materials and tools for each job. • Requisition supplies and equipment while adhering to safety procedures and company policies. • Respond to off‑hour alarm calls, on‑call duties, and emergency situations, including weekends and holidays. • Collaborate in a team‑oriented environment and uphold the Zero Harm safety policy.

What You Bring
You will requisition new supplies and equipment, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, and comply with company policies and standards. The position requires off‑hour on‑call and emergency response, as well as the ability to respond to alarm calls during weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has five or more years of HVAC/R service experience, holds an EPA Refrigerant Universal certification, and possesses in‑depth knowledge of maintenance fundamentals. Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift objects up to 50 lb is required, along with a valid driver’s license, successful background check, and a team‑player mindset. Familiarity with boilers and air‑water cooled chillers is an advantage. • Maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and hold EPA Refrigerant Universal certification. • Bring at least five years of HVAC/R service experience and familiarity with boilers and air‑water chillers. • Demonstrate physical capability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
