About the Role
The Material Coordinator supports pick, pack, and ship activities for drug product distribution, maintains inventory accuracy, and contributes to efficient daily operations by handling document revisions, data entry, and performance tracking. Key day‑to‑day duties include performing safe, compliant distribution tasks, following Standard Operating Procedures, identifying issues, developing action plans, recommending procedural improvements, and reporting any conditions that could impact product quality or safety. • Support pick, pack, and ship activities for drug product distribution and warehouse inventory management. • Revise documents and enter data for daily reports and performance tracking tools. • Follow SOPs, ensure safe and compliant distribution, and report quality or safety concerns. • Identify issues, develop action plans, and recommend improvements to operational procedures. • Complete required training on assigned tasks before deadlines. • Maintain high accuracy, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and warehouse or inventory experience; preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree, two years of pharmaceutical or biotech warehouse experience, knowledge of SAP, DOT/IATA regulations, Good Distribution Practices, cold‑chain requirements, and forklift operation. The role is onsite in Louisville, KY, requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lb, and working in a temperature‑controlled environment on a 10‑hour shift from Monday to Thursday, 8 am‑7 pm.
