About the Role
In this position you will provide technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise for OT hardware and infrastructure, driving overall optimization through technology adoption, best‑practice standards, capability building within salary and hourly teams, and cost‑saving programs across the plant. • Serve as site point person for the OT Support Center, coordinating communication to engineers, technicians, and plant leadership. • Drive accountability across plants to meet OT requirements and delegate ownership to asset engineers. • Deploy, support, and train users on OTbase for asset management of the OT environment. • Promote awareness and use of digital tools such as Splunk to support OT operations. • Participate in project reviews, set direction, and ensure involvement of DTS/MOSAIC and plant engineers. • Plan infrastructure upgrades with long‑term benefits, aligning solutions to sector and regional standards. • Lead security training, ensure cyber‑security compliance, and onboard new electrical/instrument reliability technicians. • Manage MOSAIC infrastructure obsolescence and asset management in collaboration with OT teams. • Maintain expertise on industrial automation control systems and their impact on the OT environment. • Coach and develop team members, enhancing technical understanding and leadership qualities. • Apply engineering principles, LEAN methods, and K‑C quality processes to drive process innovation. • Ensure compliance with corporate safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or related field with at least 10 years of industrial experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, recognized expertise in K‑C proprietary knowledge, and a track record of leading technical teams to meet business objectives are essential.
