About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will ensure positive guest interactions, handle check‑in and check‑out, respond promptly to guest requests, and maintain accurate reservation records using the computerized system. You will manage unit availability, assist guests with reservation changes, generate invoices, collect payments for rentals and merchandise, maintain safety deposit boxes, process housekeeping and maintenance work orders, restock the front desk with supplies, provide information on local attractions and resort amenities, and prepare correspondence and reports for management. • Ensure every guest and owner interaction is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling. • Input information into the computerized reservations system to keep records updated. • Access reservation system to determine unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales. • Maintain safety deposit boxes. • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments. • Prepare and restock front‑desk supplies, including arrival packets. • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess proficient English communication skills, a courteous professional demeanor, flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, the ability to multitask and prioritize duties, and at least six months of customer‑service experience. Preferred backgrounds include front‑desk or guest‑services roles, cash/credit‑card transaction handling, and experience in resort hospitality.
