About the Role

Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property maintenance, with the option for 3–4 years of experience to substitute for the required high school diploma/GED. Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and a valid driver’s license may be required. Essential skills include self‑motivation, teamwork, clear communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability, with the ability to work weekends when needed. • Possess 1–2 years of commercial or multi‑unit residential property experience (3–4 years may offset education requirements). • Hold a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience). • Hold preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing as applicable. • Maintain a valid driver’s license when required. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability. • Available to work weekends as needed.
