About the Role

Essential skills include self‑motivation, teamwork, clear communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability, with the ability to work weekends when needed. • Possess 1–2 years of commercial or multi‑unit residential property experience (3–4 years may offset education requirements). • Hold a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience). • Hold preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing as applicable. • Maintain a valid driver’s license when required. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability. • Available to work weekends as needed.
