About the Role

You will collaborate with sales and account teams as well as cross‑functional leaders to design and deliver outcome‑based executive engagements that inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision‑makers, while also overseeing the innovation hub and its programs. The hub acts as a key customer touchpoint, with the Innovation team focused on providing a seamless experience and smooth operations. The position blends strategic collaboration with impactful customer engagement in an innovative environment, offering a platform to deepen knowledge of Schneider Electric’s futuristic products and solutions and to interact with customers across diverse industries and hierarchical levels. • Engage with customers across diverse industries and hierarchical levels. • Collaborate with all Business Units and Schneider Electric leadership. • Partner with local teams to ensure visitor follow‑up and track commercial impact of hub visits. • Lead continuous improvement of hub content and technology with facilities, technical, marketing, and global partners. • Build a community of ambassadors with segment and country marketing managers and optimize hub utilization across sales functions. • Manage Innovation Hub marketing, including website maintenance and creation of collateral and communications. • Advise sales, account, and partner teams on outcome‑focused visit agendas, resource planning, presenter preparation, logistics, and lead the Hub Ambassador Program.

What You Bring

The Innovation Hub Manager is a highly visible role responsible for orchestrating successful customer and partner engagements both in‑person and virtually. This role requires knowledge of our solution offerings and client base, a keen business sense, excellent presentation skills, and strong program management capabilities. • Own end-to-end customer experience at the Innovation Hub, customizing pitches and handling C‑Level interactions. • 7–10 years of customer‑facing or business development experience in engineering or related fields. • Strong understanding of Schneider’s energy management, automation portfolio, IoT, IT, and OT concepts. • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for storytelling to high‑profile customers. • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure continuity between external events and hub operations. • Prior experience in Innovation Hub, Executive Briefing Center, or similar environments preferred.
