About the Role

• Perform geotechnical lab tests (e.g., Proctor, Gradation, Hydrometer, Atterberg Limits, Concrete) per ASTM, AASHTO, CSA, and CCIL standards. • Conduct field QA/QC tests, including nuclear density compaction, subgrade inspection, and concrete sampling. • Monitor geotechnical instrumentation and assist in supervising earthworks contractors on site. • Maintain calibration and condition of laboratory and field equipment to ensure accuracy. • Collect, interpret, and enter test data for timely and reliable reporting. • Participate in project coordination and help design field programs. • Uphold WSP’s Health and Safety Policy while working in diverse environments. • Travel to job sites across Manitoba and work extended hours as project schedules require.
