About the Role
The role supports a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai, operating within a team that uses established technical capabilities. • Apply value‑management techniques at project inception • Assist with estimating and cost‑planning activities • Observe procurement and selection of the main contractor • Help prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds and licences • Measure work performed and provide valuations, adjusting variations per contract terms • Support cost‑control and reporting throughout the contract • Identify costs linked to design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges • Participate in evaluating contractor delay and additional‑cost claims • Advise on defect‑remediation certificates and final‑completion requirements • Provide informal guidance to junior team members • Build working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders • Contribute to operational delivery of team/regional strategy
