What You Bring
Kimley-Horn's Raleigh, NC Office is seeking a Land Planner with 4+ years of experience to join their Planning team! This is not a remote position. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related field • 4+ years of directly related experience • American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP) certification preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with graphic software (Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator) • Proficiency with GIS/ArcView • Excellent interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Sense of urgency and self‑initiative to meet client deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
