About the Role
Our In‑House Marketing Representative Pre‑Arrival is responsible for promoting HGV and booking qualified sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. The goal is to provide both customer and concierge services to all guests while projecting a professional company image. • Respond to guests promptly, embodying HGV’s cultural values. • Distribute approved promotional materials and incentives to qualified guests. • Complete accurate paperwork and log contacts in CRM tools (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce). • Confirm appointments and ensure tour attendance for presentations. • Review production reports and alert manager to challenges. • Follow gifting procedures to meet monthly cost targets. • Maintain minimum performance standards each month. • Provide fulfillment department with pre‑gift information for guests.

What You Bring
