About the Role
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing production activities to meet production, cost, quality, and safety goals. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing manufacturing procedures within quarterly and annual budgets, as well as coordinating procurement for capital expenditures and handling special projects. • Oversee and manage front‑line manufacturing employees, typically hourly staff. • Handle shift handovers and resolve production, quality, and safety issues. • Lead safe work practices and enforce EHS policy for operational personnel. • Plan and implement manufacturing procedures within quarterly and annual budgets. • Follow up on daily production issues and shortages with planners and operations leaders. • Develop, coordinate, and execute daily production plans. • Report product defects, ensure resolution, and document solutions. • Observe equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance follow‑through. • Work flexible hours, adjusting daily schedules for maximum productivity. • Participate in company‑sponsored health & welfare plans and the Thrift Plan (401k).

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least five years of production experience, plus three years leading in a manufacturing environment. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer literacy with ERP systems, and an understanding of ISO, API, and modern manufacturing methods are required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or at least five years of production experience. • Possess three or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills. • Have computer literacy and experience with ERP systems. • Be able to learn new procedures and methods quickly. • Understand ISO and API requirements and procedures. • Know modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
