About the Role

• Deliver fieldwork for ground remediation and contaminated land projects, including site investigations, remediation works, validation sampling and monitoring across the NT and beyond. • Manage and monitor performance of environmental projects of all sizes. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused outcomes. • Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support project delivery and business development. • Contribute to a positive team culture and knowledge‑sharing environment.

What You Bring

At the Darwin office you’ll gain hands‑on experience in environmental impact assessment and approvals, contaminated land investigations and remediation, hydrology, hydrogeology and water quality monitoring, biodiversity surveys, ecological assessments, and environmental management planning and auditing. We are looking for candidates with a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship for defence clearance, and a strong interest or experience in ground remediation. The role requires independent work, the ability to manage competing priorities, excellent written and verbal communication, a collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and a commitment to quality outcomes. • Hold a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field; possess a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship (required for defence clearance). • Experience or strong interest in ground remediation, including contaminated land assessment, soil and groundwater remediation, or related field‑based work. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute to a supportive, team‑focused environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly. • Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and commitment to delivering quality work. • Desirable: experience managing environmental projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, budgets and coordination with clients and internal teams.
