About the Role
The Technician 1 position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on the fleet in the safest and most effective manner to minimize downtime. Equipment serviced includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil‑and‑gas related machinery. Technicians work in both indoor and outdoor settings, adhering to strict safety standards. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management.

What You Bring
The role demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Flexibility is required to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and work may be performed across various job sites as needed. • Build skills on a variety of makes, models, and equipment. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; trade school training is a plus. • Have 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. • Possess knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. • Possess knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals. • May be required to be bilingual (Spanish or other) depending on location.

Compensation ranges from $20.89 to $28.72 per hour, with the exact rate based on location, education, training, and experience.
