About the Role

Applicants must have strong experience with HVAC/BMS/CMS systems, knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and communication networks, a solid customer focus and work ethic, fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, a solution‑based mentality, adaptability in a fast‑paced high‑pressure environment, and a valid driver’s licence. • Experience with HVAC/BMS/CMS systems and knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP. • Strong customer focus, work ethic, and building maintenance support. • Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities. • Superior verbal and written communication skills. • Solution‑oriented mindset; adaptable in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. • Valid driver’s licence.
