About the Role
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests to ensure guest satisfaction. • Prepare each room according to established standards. • Report any damage, deficits, or disturbances to superiors. • Address reasonable complaints and requests professionally and patiently. • Maintain housekeeping equipment and tools properly. • Keep inventory of housekeeping tools and supplies.

What You Bring
Housekeepers must be adaptable to a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with shifts ranging from 7:00 am through 3:00 pm. Schedules are provided upon hire and paid training is offered. • Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Customer service experience. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Onsite
