About the Role
The manager will own key North American business processes, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, and will facilitate the annual business planning cycle to meet short‑term objectives. Responsibilities also include leading the innovation governance process, supporting core AFC operations and leadership team functions, and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives across the business. Research, data analysis and insight generation are central to the position, enabling transformation initiatives that boost profitability across both feminine and adult care categories. The role partners with the ABU HR leader to shape culture, advance talent management and promote a diverse consumer‑focused organization, while orchestrating AFC communications such as town halls, leadership meetings and off‑site events. • Manage NA business processes (monthly/quarterly reviews) and ensure continuous improvement. • Facilitate the annual business plan process to meet short‑term requirements. • Lead innovation governance to bring game‑changing products to market. • Oversee core AFC operations and provide leadership team support. • Conduct research and data analysis to generate insights for transformation. • Partner with HR to evolve culture, talent management and diversity initiatives. • Plan and execute AFC communications (town halls, leadership meetings, off‑sites). • Influence and collaborate across matrixed teams and external partners. • Manage projects with clear scope, timelines and budgets. • Apply consumer‑centric, growth‑mindset thinking using adult/feminine care market knowledge. • Provide income protection, education assistance, relocation support and hybrid work flexibility.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of experience in business operations, strategy, transformation or management consulting, along with strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication, stakeholder influence, project management and deep knowledge of the adult and feminine care CPG market are essential for success. • Require bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in operations, strategy or consulting. • Demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative and structured problem‑solving skills. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, including PowerPoint expertise.
