About the Role

The position requires managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal urban design, architecture, and engineering teams as well as external consultants, and ensuring seamless design integration while adhering to regional practices and climate considerations. You will also mentor junior staff, act as a primary client contact, and contribute to business development initiatives. • Lead conceptualization, design, and technical development of complex landscape projects from concept to construction documents. • Manage multiple projects ensuring on‑time delivery, budget compliance, and high quality standards. • Coordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering teams, and external consultants for integrated solutions. • Prepare drawings, specifications, and tender documentation with attention to regional practices and climate considerations. • Supervise and mentor junior and mid‑level landscape architects. • Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact, conducting meetings, design reviews, and site visits. • Assist business development through proposals, fee estimation, and resource planning. • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and UAE regulations. • Conduct quality control reviews to maintain consistency with project and office standards. • Identify technical gaps and drive innovation within the landscape team.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced Associate – Landscape Architect to join our Dubai team, where you will lead the design and execution of innovative, sustainable landscape projects across the region. This role is integral to our landscape architecture department and involves overseeing projects from initial concept through construction documentation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture, have at least 12 years of experience managing complex projects, and possess strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. A deep understanding of sustainable landscape practices in arid climates, local UAE regulations, and excellent project management skills are essential, with ASLA certification preferred. • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture. • Minimum 12 years of landscape architecture experience managing complex projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices for arid climates. • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. • In‑depth understanding of UAE and Middle East building codes and environmental regulations. • ASLA or equivalent international certification preferred.
