About the Role
The role focuses on implementing project‑specific Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) that align with enterprise standards and client requirements. You will lead the adoption of model‑based and data‑driven workflows, champion automation, interoperability and process optimisation, and manage multiple digital delivery workstreams across concurrent projects. • Drive creation and execution of Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans tailored to each project. • Lead implementation of model‑centric, data‑driven processes and promote automation via Dynamo scripting. • Oversee multiple concurrent digital delivery streams and coordinate BIM activities across large‑scale building, metro and airport projects. • Set up and enforce QA/QC standards aligned with ISO 19650 and client specifications for all digital outputs. • Provide mentorship and training to project teams on digital tools and best practices.

What You Bring
A deep working knowledge of Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, MicroStation, RC CAD and OBD is required. Responsibilities include promoting the use of Dynamo and other scripting tools, ensuring structured data supports downstream uses such as construction, asset information models and digital twins, and enabling seamless data exchange across platforms. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (or a civil engineering diploma with extensive experience) and at least 15–20 years of BIM and digital delivery experience. Candidates must have proven experience as a lead digital/BIM coordinator on large, multidisciplinary building projects and a strong understanding of ISO 19650, model‑based delivery and information management principles. • Require 15‑20 years of BIM/digital delivery experience, with a proven track record as lead BIM coordinator on complex multidisciplinary projects. • Educational prerequisite: bachelor’s in engineering, construction management or related field (or civil engineering diploma with extensive experience). • Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, ProjectWise, MicroStation and related platforms is essential.
