About the Role
• Prepare food items according to standard recipes, control portions, and minimize waste. • Stock the kitchen with necessary ingredients. • Assist on all line stations during each meal period. • Maintain and clean equipment following opening and closing checklists. • Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment needing repair promptly. • Follow Department of Health food and safety standards. • Uphold company policies and procedures. • Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized. • Execute recipes and house-made ingredients efficiently. • Plate and present food according to standards, responding quickly to guest needs.

What You Bring
• Minimum 12 months experience in high‑volume restaurant, resort, or private club. • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. • Ability to stand, walk, and move for more than four hours and lift/carry items up to 50 lb or more occasionally. • Knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices. • Pass employer‑paid background check. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.

Benefits
The Seasonal Line Cook assignment runs from April 20, 2026 through October 7, 2026, and H‑2B visa sponsorship is available for in‑country extensions.
