About the Role
You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in both void and occupied properties, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and ready for residents through reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment support. • Perform reactive repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, fuseboards, and other electrical systems. • Inspect and test installations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. • Replace or repair faulty components such as switches, outlets, light fittings, and circuit breakers. • Work independently or collaboratively to meet daily repair targets and respond to emergency call‑outs, including out‑of‑hours shifts. • Communicate repair details and outcomes clearly to tenants or residents and maintain clean, safe work areas. • Use IT systems to prioritize and manage workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (including AM2), the City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification, and a full UK driving licence with a clean record. • Hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (including AM2) and City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification. • Possess a full UK driving licence with a clean record and the ability to operate a company vehicle.

Benefits
The position offers up to £44,000 per annum on a full‑time permanent basis in Ealing, working 42.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 8‑5).
