About the Role

The intern will support the Procurement department by managing data, creating presentations, and maintaining dashboards that track cybersecurity, health, safety & environment, and other key performance indicators. Responsibilities include building and improving data collection systems using advanced Excel, Access, and optional SAP, automating metric‑generation tools, and coordinating forecast management with the Project Procurement and Supply Chain teams. Additional duties involve reviewing purchase requisitions, generating weekly open PR reports, liaising with category managers and buyers, consolidating due‑payment invoices, and assisting on minor cross‑functional projects. The role provides exposure to company purchasing policies, materials management, and logistics practices. • Develop and maintain data collection systems using advanced Excel, Access, and optional SAP. • Automate metrics generation tools for KPI dashboards covering cybersecurity, HSE, and other areas. • Coordinate forecast management with Project Procurement and Supply Chain teams; generate component forecast reports. • Review purchase requisitions, generate weekly open PR reports, and liaise with category managers and buyers. • Assist in reviewing due‑payment invoices and support minor cross‑functional projects. • Create presentations and visualizations with PowerPoint and Power BI based on analyzed data.

What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or related) and have completed at least the second year of study. Required skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, knowledge of AI programming concepts, strong statistical and data‑analysis abilities, and a proactive, can‑do attitude. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two onsite days per week. Preferred candidates are co‑op students who will have at least one additional semester after the internship and may have prior co‑op or internship experience. Benefits

The Procurement Intern role is a 12‑month full‑time (40 hrs/week) position running from April 27 2026 to April 30 2027, offering an hourly wage of $23‑$30 CAD.
