What You Bring
We are a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sierra Sage Apartments in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and a strong customer‑service focus, handling duties such as cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and taking emergency calls. Qualifications include at least two years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200‑unit property, proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other trades, a customer‑service attitude, flexibility, teamwork, reliable transportation, and availability for on‑call rotation.
