About the Role

The Client Consultant role focuses on the Sensormatic Solutions – Traffic Insights vertical, carrying a sales quota and qualifying for commission. The position is responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships while also creating new business opportunities and delivering technology and data solutions to retail clients. Key responsibilities include establishing strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, responding to RFPs and proposals, generating leads, and managing a long‑term sales pipeline. The consultant works closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery, monitors customer engagement frequency, and strives to meet sales quota, revenue targets, conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores. • Drive sales and customer engagement for Sensormatic Solutions – Traffic Insights. • Manage existing client relationships and deliver technology and data solutions on time. • Respond to RFPs, requisitions, and proposals within the assigned region. • Generate new leads and pursue competitive displacement opportunities. • Maintain a long‑term sales pipeline and identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. • Achieve sales quota and revenue targets; monitor lead conversion and retention metrics.
