About the Role

You will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, identify equipment or system malfunctions, and perform service and repairs on commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, and fire pumps. Troubleshooting follows prescribed procedures, technical manuals, and part bulletins, while interpreting blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and schematics. Strong customer service, organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential. • Perform service and repairs on various sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pumps) • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures using technical manuals and bulletins • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and schematics • Provide high level customer service while working independently • Maintain truck inventory for timely response • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures

What You Bring

The role requires 3‑5 years of documented fire‑sprinkler service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible hours, including weekends, and occasional overnight travel are necessary, as is maintaining truck inventory and adhering to safety guidelines.
