About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver field service engineering and technical assistance to customers for power transmission, distribution, and generation equipment. The role involves supporting installation, startup, maintenance, repair, training and equipment modification activities. The incumbent will provide scheduling and sales support, self‑manage assigned electrical projects, and deliver technical solutions. Complex engineering assignments may include equipment design, material testing, process studies, or research investigations. Effective time management, prioritization and project‑management skills are essential. • Provide on‑site installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power transmission, distribution and generation equipment. • Self‑manage assigned electrical projects and deliver technical solutions to customers. • Conduct complex engineering tasks including equipment design, material testing, process studies and research investigations. • Perform power‑quality measurements, troubleshooting and analysis of electrical distribution and control systems. • Maintain safety practices and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician licence or a post‑secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. Required experience includes evaluating, testing, troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution and control systems, as well as performing power‑quality measurements. An unrestricted valid driver’s licence and legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship are also required. • Hold a Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician licence or a post‑secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering/Technology. • Possess experience evaluating, servicing, and testing electrical distribution and control systems. • Hold a valid unrestricted driver’s licence and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Benefits
The position offers an annual salary range of $69,000 to $87,000, dependent on skills, experience and market considerations. The company may require drug and alcohol testing per policy, and accommodations are available for interview candidates who need them.
